Spring Breeze Diffuser Blend

A light hint of floral with the sweetness of citrus, the perfect reminder of what a crisp Spring wind full of hope, change and rejuvenation blows in🌸❤️. That’s what this diffuser blend reminds me of.

Diffusing essential oils is a great way to lift your spirits, freshen the air in your home and create a desired mood.

This particular blend is very uplifting and cleansing without being overwhelming on your senses. Diffusing is also a great alternative to burning candles as essential oils are all natural, contain no open flame or harsh chemical off put like candles do and can have a positive effect or your mental and physical well being.

If you are new to diffusing, it’s super simple to get started. All you need are some essential oils, a diffuser and water, it’s that simple. Just add a few drops of essential oil, to the diffuser, add water to the fill line and that’s it:). You can pick the oils you diffuse based on a scent, mood or benefit(like sleep support) that you want to achieve. Just be sure to pick a good quality essential oil so that you can get all the benefits from the oil, not just the amazing smell. Don’t let that scare you into thinking the oils have to be expensive though, I personally love the Simply Earth brand as they have pure essential oils at an affordable price. If you would like to check out Simply Earth, I do have a code that will get new customers a discount when you order, click here to visit their website.

As far as picking out a diffuser, there are tons of great options on Amazon at a really affordable price. I’ve listed a few of my favorites below.
