Getting the proper amount of sleep at night is the one of the key components to keeping yourself above the wellness line and living a happy and productive life yet it is something that many of us either don't prioritize or it is a real struggle to fall asleep at night let alone sleep for the recommended 7-8 hours a night.
In the past few years I have turned to essential oils to help me meet my sleep needs and have had great success with them. I prefer essential oils to medication to avoid the side effects that go along with taking a sleep aid at night be it a prescription or over the counter medication.
