Making An Evergreen Forest Cold Process Soap

Hello Friends! Today I am sharing how I make my Evergreen Forest Cold Process Soap. This soap scent will have you feeling like you have been transported to a forest and that you are walking through the pine trees on a cool winter day. If you have never done this before, it is a truly grounding and peaceful experience and I love that I get to bring a little piece of that into my soap:)

The soap batter recipe I use is as follows:

Sweet Almond Oil 5%

Castor Oil 5%

Rice Bran Oil 5%

Cocoa Butter 15%

Coconut Oil 30%

Olive Oil 40%

Superfat 5%

Water as % of oils 35%

For this particular recipe I used Aloe Vera Juice to make my lye water.

The essential oil blend is made up of Fir, Pine, Cedarwood and Patchouli essential oils.
